Bike-Dreams organises in the autumn of 2011 a new challenging bicycle tour in the cradle of western civilization, called "Tour d’Olympia".

The tour starts Sunday September 11th in Athens and makes a loop through the mainland of Greece and the Peloponnese. The whole tour is divided into 24 stages with an average of 100 kilometers per day. A wide variety of cultural and natural attractions are passed : amphitheatres, deep canyons, monasteries on sandstone mountains, ancient ruins and Greece highest mountain Olympus. The riders have also to overcome innumerable hills and mountains on their journey through Greece.

The rest days have been planned in the neighbourhood of historical sites such as Delphi, Meteora, Ioannina, Mystras, Nafplio and of course Olympia, the place where the Olympic Games started. After 2.500 kilometres lies the finish near the old Olympic Stadium in Athens, the place where the tour started.

"Tour d’Olympia" is open for cyclists from all around the world to create an exceptional atmosphere, during as well as after the bike ride. The price is
